We are excited to introduce Andreas Ebensperger as the newest member of the Norton Lilly team. Mr. Ebensperger joined Norton Lilly International as Vice President of Operations February 1, 2014.
Before coming to Norton Lilly, Andreas worked with ThyssenKrupp throughout his entire career. Starting out with ThyssenKrupp in Detroit, Andreas moved to Mobile in 2006. There, he became involved in location identification before moving on to actually build and run TK’s steel rolling facility. He has held various positions within Supply Chain, but the latest position he filled was Director of Logistics.
Andreas attended Universität Karlsruhe and obtained his Masters in Chemical Engineering in 1994. He later went to the University of Michigan – Dearborn where he obtained his MBA in Finance in 2000.

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Trish Averett has been promoted to the position of Corporate Controller which includes responsibility for various Corporate Accounting functions.
Ms. Averett has been working with NLI since 2001, and she has spent most of her 13 years with the company in Corporate Accounting. Most recently, Trish performed the duties of Ship Services Controller for Norton Lilly.
While working a full time job, Trish continued to excel outside of the office by completing her degree. Trish not only obtained a BS in Accounting, but she also graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Alabama in May 2013. Ms. Averett is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam.
