Through this group, training programs are being developed to ensure all new staff has proper training prior to handling a tanker. Education locally and regionally is continuously being addressed. Tanker Safety Manuals and Implementation Pocedures

NLI has developed a customized Safety Manual based on both national safety requirements and oil majors' input. To ensure our staff adheres to our governing policies and procedures, NLI also incorporates port safety manuals. Our group works closely with Terminals, Surveyors and Port Authorities to ensure a well balance of knowledge and experience. Safety is not only implemented when working with vessels but also in our everyday working environment.

NLI staff reflects a very strong international representation and shipping knowledge. Operational control and transparency at all levels is a key factor to ensure our professional service. We work closely with the owners and vessels to ensure this is complied with at all times.

NLI monitors it service performance and takes all necessary action through non-compliance and corrective action reports. Standard NLI “Master’s Feedback” forms are given to all our vessels and filed. Any negative reporting is immediately reported to management.
